Research shows that a certain type of solution can cut through complexity. These are solutions based on protocols that reveal key choice points that lead to action. We call these action protocols “concentrator codes” because they concentrate your energy on core problem solving needs.

This is a cohort based course focused on solutions that participants bring with them.
Triad Design-Action Inquiry
Work with a team of three to build collaboration skills. We facilitate deep dives into hidden assumptions, blindspots, and negative patterns that get in the way of seeing clear action paths. Help each other reveal limiting mindsets, and work together to solve individual problems with a collaborative approach.
Action Protocols
Action protocols are simple, powerful tools that cut through complexity and reveal choice points that lead to solutions. We have identified 30 action protocols (we call them the concentrator codes) that can help you detect key leverage points in different situations. These codes include:
